Diary
Jelly comes with a very comprehensive set of diary features. It supportsmultiple users, locations, day/week/month/agenda diary views, staff rotas,and non-patient diary events such as block booking holidays.
Other features include automated reminders, classes, care schedules, block bookings, waiting lists, recalls, Zoom calls, check in processes, no shows, stand bys, two clicks for rescheduling, day sheets.
You can decide whether you want your clinicians to only see just their diary and only their patients.
Various icons on the appointment itself show you at a glance where the patient is in their journey.
From a diary appointment you can send a patient a link for their video call or start the call with just one click.
JellyPx allows you to manage classes so that an attendee can book a place via the online booking system and either the instructor or front of house staff can quickly check them in or get them to pay. The system will handle standby lists as well.

Note taking
A wide range of free format, dictation or template driven notes available,SOAP notes, full case history and assessment, customisable consents, medical exam, episodes with a complete patient summary available.
Notes
If you find you are offering a range of services, Jelly will allow you to insert text from a range of note templates which will customise the wording to the specific patient’s details. This can save you a lot of typing.
The contents of these notes can also be automatically reproduced in any letters without the need to copy and paste the note into the letter.

Forms
Our industry leading form engine has evolved to be the most comprehensive on the market, making insight into patient care and outcomes accurate and highly effective. Data never leaves our cloud so when forms are being completed, the data is always kept secure.
Patient forms
Patients can complete and sign forms from home or on a tablet / their phone in reception should they forget. The patient record is immediately updated saving hours of potential re-keying of data and reducing the risk of typos. The patient can scan a QR code that you show them in order to open the form on their phone so they can add their own details in a pre-consultation form without impacting on your time.
Using forms to standardise notes, promotes a more consistent service to patients when several practitioners get involved in patient care. Patient targets, objectives and scores can be tracked in progress charts from the recorded data. It is also used to populate reports and letters which then only need minimal editing.
The data from your forms can then automatically generate your letters so they are ready to email out without any further work on your part. The data from your forms can drive your clinical intelligence as well.

Documents / Results
By using Microsoft Word documents for your templates with a single click you can instantly create a fully customised letter for a patient. Another click lets you email it securely to a wide range of recipients.
Documents and results can be uploaded either locally or allow the patient to upload their documents by emailing or texting them a link or even scanning a QR Code.
JellyPx offers a document workflow from generating a draft to full approval and then tracking the dispatching process.
A comprehensive patient facing letter can be automatically generated based on the notes from a form so as soon as the form is saved, the letter is also created. It means that with a single click you can send a letter saving large amounts of admin time per week.

Image library
JellyPx comes with a powerful image library makes it easy to track progress by comparing images taken over time side by side, upload remote images using the patient’s own phones and QR codes or captured when using forms.
With the aesthetics module you can track the amount of injectable used, as well as batch serial numbers, record any entry points on pictures of the patient themselves to make it easier for consent and combined with taking any before / after images, it will help should any queries arise subsequently.
We have partnered with Dermicus who provide an app that will document a set of metrics of a wound taken using a standard phone or iPad to provide length, width and area metrics based on a user-confirmed contour annotated on a close-up image of the wound in order to track the healing process over time.

Reference library
Many clinics build up a valuable library of reading material and videos to aid patient education and provide further information about their treatments. These can be sent to patients or made available on their portal effortlessly with just a few clicks.
If you have a form open during a consultation, tick the reference items you want to make available for the patient to read or watch and as soon as you save the form, those items are immediately sent to the patient.
It really improves the patient’s experience of your clinic and keeps the patient engaged.
You can also see when (or if) those items were actually viewed.
If you decide to only make the items available on their patient portal they will only be able to view your valuable material whilst the patient is a client and is not available to the wider public.
Compliance / clinical governance
From GPhC and CQC inspections to revalidation, JellyPx underpins your preparation. Evidencing complaint resolution, gathering information from staff and feedback from patients can all be managed from the system.
GDPR compliance is fully supported making tasks such as right of access requests, quick and inexpensive to administer. Consent is simple for patients to grant or withdraw with the date of permissions and amendments automatically recorded in the patient’s record. Safely sharing sensitive patient data and information between staff is a fundamental part of GDPR compliance with serious consequences for data breaches.
User access levels are role-based with strong, enforceable passwords and two factor authentication. Role-based security settings will further restrict access to confidential records, reports, financial data… to create a more granular level of security.
All user activities are audited on JellyPx as well the screens that are being accessed by the user, the geographic login location of the patient or user is recorded as well.
Pathology and functional health
By partnering with Viva Health Laboratories, it gives you the ability to combine traditional blood pathology with functional health and nutritional testing. You can order either VHL’s own tests or your branded tests which can be either home testing kits or the patient can take advantage of 170 phlebotomy locations & mobile phlebotomists for their blood sample.

Billing / payments
JellyPx will handle a wide range of billing and payment requirements such as patient, insurer and company invoicing. Bills can be assigned to the patient, other person such as their parent or guardian as well as to a company.
The patient can be sent an email or text to pay their invoice or any shortfall remotely. They can pay these well from their patient portal.
If you work with insurers, JellyPx has partnered with Healthcode and supports all the common clinical coding standards such as CCSD, ICD9 or SNOMED. You can record a remittance and its amount so it can be subsequently distributed across the relevant invoices and any shortfalls easily identified and invoiced to patients subsequently.
You can record a patient’s insurer’s auth code and the number of treatments authorised. Then count down the number of pre-authorised treatments as they get booked to ensure that all the booked treatments are covered. It would be too late to detect that a patient has run out of their covered treatments at checkout time.
The system will handle charging for services, retail stock items, classes, courses, medicines, pathology, clinical fees, and procedures.

Clinical intelligence / marketing
JellyPx Clinical intelligence helps you detect trends and optimise your clinical pathways as it can present a broader understanding of your patients, their conditions and their outcomes.
Any data captured by Jelly can be analysed using an easy-to-use analysis tool so you can subsequently create your own library of executable reports or answer one off questions.

JellyPx runs on servers maintained to the highest standard by Microsoft’s own support staff at their UK Azure data centre. Microsoft data centres are accredited to PCI DSS,ISO27001, and ISAE 3402 Type II standards, ensuring the JellyPx application is secured by the best processes and technologies.
The JellyPx environment utilises the highest level of security, encryption, and continuous backups to deliver a system availability of 99.95%.
By using Microsoft’s active threat management, the system will respond rapidly to any external cyber and denial of service attacks.
For additional security, all uploads of documents or images are scanned for viruses.
We operate to the highest data and operational process standards by attaining Cyber Essentials Level 1 certification, GDPR Compliance, NHS Data security toolkit approval, annual external PEN tests, NHS DTAC and DPIA processes and DCB0129 certification.

Online Booking
By embedding our online booking page directly into your website, not only is staff productivity improved but patients have the convenience of booking their own appointments or classes at a time suitable for them as a seamless experience using your own web site.
The amount of time lost to answering phone calls and creating appointments or reserving places in classes is substantial, but the true cost is often underestimated because it doesn’t account for the impact of the distraction from other tasks.
With a multitude of configuration options, JellyPx gives you complete control in how the system is presented and managed. As a fully integrated system, patients can also book online via their own portal page.
Enabling patients to pay during the booking process eliminates the need to raise invoices and manually take payment details over the phone.
By taking deposits or full payment as part of the booking process, DNAs are reduced, and patients can be confident that their booking has been made.

Patient Portal
With busy lives to juggle, patients have come to expect the convenience of managing their appointments, pay their bills, complete forms or view any letters or results you have generated for them without the need to contact the clinic.
As the portal is fully configurable, you are in control of precisely what information and facilities patients can access.
Designed to require no user instructions, patients can book and cancel appointments without the need of staff interaction. Patients can also view a list of their past, present and future appointments.
Documents and forms selected from the patient record can be shared securely as well as including test results and ordering repeat prescriptions. You decide what they see. From a library of digital leaflets, relevant items can be shared with a patient to offer further support and advice.
The portal allows patients to access their financial history and download their invoices and receipts. Unpaid invoices and insurer shortfalls are highlighted so patients can click and pay online 24/7.
